Unfortunately Alexander is not here to defend himself and Jodi may have reasons to embellish the the truth.

I can't imagine the Alexander actually thought this way. But what do I know, I this a ligit way around the premarital sex prohibition in the LDS church? Or, did Alexander just sleep through the lessons on morality?

"It seemed like Travis kind of had a Bill Clinton version of sex..."
Arias said that Alexander, a Mormon elder, skirted his church's teachings on chastity by engaging Arias in...yada...yada...

The Church's teachings on chastity? Wha??

As a young Mormon in Southern California, I was taught that tongue kissing was was basically the same thing as the same as sexual penetration...I knew Utah Mormons were different, but I didn't think they were that different.
Surprise, surprise, there is no divine mandate for the Church to discuss and portray its history accurately.

Where's Whyme when we need him?
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

The problem is that she put out before marriage. And by so doing, has no reasonable expectation that her boyfriends should stay faithful to her and her alone. This is actually a good example for why no sex before marriage.

Yes, heaven forbid anyone should find out what their potential spouse is like before they get married. Brilliant.

Really? I would have though the problem was that she stabbed the guy twenty-seven times, slashed his throat, and shot him in the head. I guess I'm just different that way.

So, any girl who "puts out" before marriage should just accept it as a consequence, when she gets cheated on?
That said, with the Book of Mormon, we are not dealing with a civilization with no written record. What we are dealing with is a written record with no civilization. (Runtu, Feb 2015)
