Kish, assuming you accept my summary of the situation, which do you think it is?


The plan seems to be to increase output greatly. They are not storing up manuscripts to dribble them out a little at a time over the next decade. Old MI did much of the publication work in house, which was expensive, inefficient, and slow. By moving toward the standard practices of the industry, in which a number of tasks are outsourced to other units, the rate of production can increase greatly. It is my guess that this would be their plan.
