Yes, his obvious affront to MDDB was locked.
But notice that the thread was not locked for the affront that it is, the thread was locked not because Hambone dared MDDB to ban him, nay, MDDB punted and locked the thread because it had "no apparent purpose".
It is pathetic how much power and control hambone, DCP, and schryver have over that board.
