Apology for The MI, Bill Hamblin, DCP and Will Schryver
Unfortunately, it's that time again when I must step forward and offer an apology for the shocking and ridiculous behavior of Daniel C. Peterson, Bill Hamblin and Will Schryver of the Mormon Interpreter.
My hope is that most intelligent people will understand that these bozos do not represent the Church and certainly don't act like most LDS.
Tragic. So much wasted talent tossed away on the winds of pride, arrogance and ignorance. Surely, somewhere an angel is crying right now.

And they thought it was the sound of when an angel gets his wings.

[rock: personal attack]
As you don't represent the Church, I won't apologize for you since doing so would only tend to imply some connection to its doctrines, teachings, and standards on your part, something I want no confusion over mayhap anyone not familiar with the particular trappings of NOM apostasy should wander onto this board and stumble upon any of your aberrant pontifications.

You're WRONG, They Sound EXACTLY LIKE the Mormon Corporation, its Lackeys and the Sheeples. These Bozos just happen to have better abilities to present their opinions to a larger forum. But, EVERY TBM is willing to go to these types of extremes to Protect the Mormon Corporation and Mormon Bastard Jesus.

Mighty big and selfless of you to take the hit on the chin for the Mormon Interpreter. I am not sure I could stomach having to apologize for Bill, Will, and Dan.
Clearly, the Mormon Interpreter wants an us versus them/MI vs Interpreter but I was hoping true academic espirit de corps would lead the way.
Since the public points to you as a spokesperson for the OMIDs can you give us some personal insight on the mindset of OMIDs?

Re: Apology for The MI, Bill Hamblin, DCP and Will Schryver
Someone needed to step forward on their behalf. Thanks.
I prayed for "anyone" to apologize. Asked and answered.
I've only recently read this Bill Hamblin dude's stuff. To quote Constanza's dad while translating Korean: "That guy...he's not my kinda guy."
Some of it is almost unbelievable. So rude and confrontational. They don't act like the nice Mormons I know and grew up with. It's honestly weird to me. "...by this shall men know..." my ass.
As usual, I will cheer him on from a distance, as I believe these types make people want to distance themselves from the Mormon mindset and attitudes it can create. They helped me. So to the Scott Lloyds and Droopys of the non-commercial apologetic world and the DCPs and Hamblins of the never-apologize-for-anything-ever-no-matter-what apologetic world; Keep doing what you're doing, have a beer! You're right. You're always right.

What about that Midgley guy? He is a prime candidate for a proxy apology.

Hi Droopy,
From time to time I think I'll chime in to illustrate that it is possible to compose a full paragraph with more than one sentence. Several in most cases and many others.
I've re-rendered your paragraph above but done so in a way that doesn't require mental contortions, red bull, and the ability to hold one's breath long periods.
Seth reworking Droopy's one sentence paragraph wrote:As you don't represent the Church, I won't apologize for on your behalf. Doing so would only tend to imply some connection between you and the Church's doctrines, teachings, and standards. This is something I want no confusion over. I worry that anyone not familiar with the particular trappings of NOM apostasy you demonstrate should wander onto this board. They may see your aberrant pontifications and view them as legitimate.
I've added some words, deleted some and pretty much just chopped it up.
Tell me what you think. I wish your writing were easier to read. Sometimes I make it through half of your first paragraph and give up. I'm hoping that by learning the wonders of terminal punctuation, your writing will become something I can read without risking a full mental breakdown.

You are welcomed. You know, I am a miserable non-english, and masochist enough to put nobody - even Droopy - onto enemy list.
As a teacherI was taught: try to pronounce every text you wrote for outspeak.
