I think the issue may be the lack of garment wearing...too much exposed skin causes bcspace to come out in a rash and start sweating.

Church makes me cross to and I used to bite my tongue. All I got was a sore tongue and some tablets for high blood pressure. Let it out, vent, blow off steam. Especially here where you can do so without fear or recrimination.
