Collaboration among different Christian churches

DD recently accompanied a friend to a party hosted by the local presbyterian church. This friend attends a Methodist church. I mentioned to my wife my surprise that different sects were joining forces with the youth. She told me that many of the local churches except Mormons do these kinds of things in a collaborative effort.

I'm wondering if anyone has heard about a Mormon ward joining forces with a different sect to host a youth activity or similar type of thing?
