As a general rule, both short sleeves and paisley ties are reserved for the Terrestrial Kingdom while Celestialites get full bar rampant ties with long white sleeves and diamond encrusted critical race theory rings.

Most Mormon temples have a store inside where one can rent temple clothing.

Wow. That image settles the question of the spirituality of sleeves or not for women. Sleeveless for women is clearly the winner! Her hem length, however, makes her knees and calves appear large. A hem two or three inches higher and that dress would be a complete winner.

Now for your aesthetic prowess and expertise, Zeezrom, which is better for men? How do short sleeves compare to long? For me, no aesthetic training or focus, find long sleeves almost always look better, in any context.
