A lot of us, often over the course of quite a few years.
He is scrupulously straight and fair, even if he sometimes (quite unaccountably) fails to do what I would have liked him to do. But nobody's perfect ...

I also didn't take it to mean that you must know exactly how Shades would behave in all situations directly out of the box. Just that you should be prepared to learn and develop a mod style identical to his and that you wouldn't mind having your decisions run through that filter first and foremost. None of us can pretend to be Shades, his steady hand here has kept things running smoothly for so many years. But hopefully with a little input and guidance from him we can ease his burdens here. Yes familiarity with him and his style is important but I hope a willingness to learn goes a long way.

I just want to point out you can cuss in both PG and PG-13 movies <- f-bombs are halal for PG-13 movies. So. You know. Future mods. Something to think about.
