Yep, on Mormon Chat I asked about why Tattoos were bad. "Our tattoos will be on our bodies after we die and are resurrected."

So, I asked why tattoos are bad but breast enhancement and implants are OK?

"Plastic surgery isn't all about breast implants".

So ink implanted under the skin will be resurrected with the body. Which means that breast implants will probably resurrect too. Along with pacemakers, corneal implants. heart valves, screws and metal plates. What nonsense.
