In the beginning God nipped man. Both male and female nipped he them.
So to nip their arrogance in the bud, so to speak, lest they see too much of God in the creature.
So, what is an intelligence? Does God have a body?
Yeah, sorry I did not make the right connection there. My attitude was showing.
About God having a body. Well, hmm, let the Mormons run for cover because they three all share that one body that sits upon the throne of God's power. Take turns actually. When they each take their turns at being Christ they get a clone of the same body. Then that body becomes a sacrament unto all saints when Christ is given the central seat of power when this world is perfected. Jesus Christ will take up the seat of God the Father. Which seat is vacated entirely by THE HOLY GHOST of the Father to that office in the Godhead as the one who WAS the Holy Ghost gets bumped over to become the reigning God's Christ and Only Begotten Son. There are not exalted Mormons from anywhere in the universe getting up into this eternal round. Won't happen. Never happened. Can't happen.
D&C 88
18 Therefore, it must needs be sanctified from all unrighteousness, that it may be prepared for the celestial glory;
19 For after it hath filled the measure of its creation, it shall be crowned with glory, even with the presence of God the Father;
20 That bodies who are of the celestial kingdom may possess it forever and ever; for, for this intent was it made and created, and for this intent are they sanctified.
That is why this verse says...
God and HIS Christ....meaning, not our Jesus Christ, but the next one.
D&C 76
62 These shall dwell in the presence of God and his Christ forever and ever.
Here again it is made plain that Christ becomes God the Father.
D&C 130: 9
9 This earth, in its sanctified and immortal state, will be made like unto crystal and will be a Urim and Thummim to the inhabitants who dwell thereon, whereby all things pertaining to an inferior kingdom, or all kingdoms of a lower order, will be manifest to those who dwell on it; and this earth will be Christ’s.
Which is why the cubic city of God that descends in the Book of Revelation is trucked over from where it now is to be inserted into this world. So even the Bible states that Christ is married to the Holy City which is the headquarters of God.
Revelation 21:
9 And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb’s wife.
10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God,
11 Having the glory of God: and her light was like unto a stone most precious, even like a jasper stone, clear as crystal;
Intelligence is what we are that is uncreated. The raw element of God's organization. It would be what gets added upon that responds to the commandments of God respective to each creation. Since we are capable to respond we can also, un-respond, which is sin.
