It happened, as many here can attest. Because I am banned, I do not have access to DCP's 2006 posts on the FAIR bb. But I'm sure you do, so knock yourself out with a search and see the evidence with your own eyes. You have access, I don't -- so the ball is in your court to find and read DCP's posts. Actually, the so-called "second Watson letter" a.k.a. "Carla Ogden fax" was found and posted online a couple of years ago (I think by Scratch, but I'm not sure), and it was clear from the fax that DCP and his ilk had been misrepresenting the fax's contents for years, thereby shooting himself in the foot for the umpteenth time. I guess you haven't seen it -- time for you to starting getting familiar with the evidence out there and stop embarrassing yourself.

okay then the first watson letter.......surely you must believe it existed because it meets your own standard of evidence.....DCP said he saw and read it...........so i guess you believe him right rollo?????

I've also seen and read the first Watson letter online (it is very well known). The "second" so-called letter (which turned out to be the Carla Ogden fax) was only read and discussed by DCP and his minions; conveniently, none had a copy of the letter -- they only represented what it said. Then, when the fax was secretly leaked online, we all discovered what was already suspected: DCP's heavy reliance on the "second" Watson letter was completely misplaced and had been misrepresented, and he was mightly embarrassed.

why did it have to be secretly leaked??? DCP said he saw and read it..................by your own standard of evidence you must accept that as truth!!!!

The truth is that Dr. Peterson was reporting on what was already publicly known about Dr. Quinn, who had "outed" himself before Dr. Peterson commented upon it to a stake president. Dr. Quinn had, as far as I could tell (because I was there) outed himself at an MHA conference.
