If she feels that she is right and the Church is wrong, then she won't.
It looks like she is choosing the latter in the short term, but that could change over time. Who knows?

And more upfront than Monson. When was the last time he did an interview with the media? When he ascended to the throne? In six years, I can't remember him doing a single interview.

Some people are defined in a positive manner by what organizations they are excluded from; the organizations whose bidding they refuse to do.
An example comes to mind, but I don't want to be accused of violating Godwin's Law.
