LDS Inc now producing Book of Mormon videos set in Heartland(USA)

This was the Church's first official video that showed a North American setting for the Book of Mormon instead of a MesoAmerican setting.

The setting in the clip looks more like the the heartland model than the Meso-American model.

Sort of a Parthenon atop the Acropolis/South and Central American step pyramid look. Both the FARMS and Meldrum people can claim victory.

Wonder if the Jesus of this movie would set off any Geiger counters.

that made me laugh.

so this is when the really white guy appeared to the mostly white people? was there a blonde dude touching jesus at the 1:07 mark?
"Rocks don't speak for themselves" is an unfortunate phrase to use in defense of a book produced by a rock actually 'speaking' for itself... (I have a Question, 5.15.15)

lds inc should put it on their site. it would be a big improvement over the O Ye Fair Ones Video.

From the video information:

#5: After we have covered all Book of Mormon related evidences, we will focus on answering other questions members of the LDS Church should have an answer for (such as Biblical evidences, LDS Church History, the Book of Abraham, Polygamy, Blacks and the Priesthood, Creation vs. Evolution, etc).
