It is legal.

It is not tobacco.

There is nothing in the WoW forbidding the use of pot.

Oregon Mormons will be allowed the same this summer, once it is legal in July.

"Tea" is also not spelled out in the Word of Wisdom, yet it was banned, anything of the "Tea Leaf" is what the WOW apply's do.
Mormons can drink Herbal Teas for example, because it's not made of the Tea Leaf.

Pot is a harmful "herb", and similar to Tobacoo, both of which the WOW forbids, and only encorages for health reasons.

Tobacoo is to used with wisdom. There are several States with Medical Marijuana or recreational use, has the Church issued a letter in those States?
