....is beginning to look like (excluding short term Presidents like Nelson, if he lasts longer than Monson) Oaks, then Holland, then Bednar.
In my opinion, these three men are already holding the reins.

The future of the First Presidency.....
“When we are confronted with evidence that challenges our deeply held beliefs we are more likely to reframe the evidence than we are to alter our beliefs. We simply invent new reasons, new justifications, new explanations. Sometimes we ignore the evidence altogether.” (Mathew Syed 'Black Box Thinking')

Wouldn't Henry Eyring and Dieter Uchtdorf be put back on the list?

I'd rather be a could-be if I cannot be an are; because a could-be is a maybe who - is reaching for a star. I'd rather be a has-been than a might-have-been, by far; for a might have-been has never been, but a has was once an are. - Milton Berle

Yeah, I agree. I actually would rather see Oaks than Nelson but agree Nelson could get a short stint seeing how Oaks is quite a bit younger. I'm OK with Holland, I fear Bednar who is a bit too "old guard" for me (not that Nelson and Oaks aren't - I just see that as inevitable at this point)..
