bcspace
So I've been away for a while. This evening I logged on and looked around and it occurred to me how odd it seemed that I didn't see any sign of bcspace, who I was accustomed to seeing everywhere, spreading his prolific, stoic, trolly nonsense over nearly every post. What gives?

No bcspace and no Nightlion. Hope they're both okay.

Re: bcspace
bcspace is still around. He will sometimes post in the Off Topic Forum, and he has been posting a lot of comments on Sic et Non under the name Laserwolf.
You can see a dramatic shift in his posting history after the Church came out with the essays. I think he felt like the Church threw him under the bus with the polygamy essay. He's not fully recovered since.
Here's hoping he can make a full spiritual recovery and start posting again. I always enjoyed his posts here.

Re: bcspace
I was thinking that a UFO had abducted him and he enjoyed the probing so much that he enlisted as a crew member. The extensive posting on the Sic et Non blog would serve as corroborating evidence for this abduction.
I really miss Bcspace and hope he can return when on leave from off-world assignments.

He has been absent from MDDB too. Though he did post something not too long ago.
Re: bcspace
He hasn't been Posting in the The Off-Topic Forum lately here. Perhaps he decided to go into retirement.
Here is one of his most famous quotes of all time:
"Have you checked the children?" - bcspace

This.
The essays officially destroyed every argument bcspace liked to make.
“When we are confronted with evidence that challenges our deeply held beliefs we are more likely to reframe the evidence than we are to alter our beliefs. We simply invent new reasons, new justifications, new explanations. Sometimes we ignore the evidence altogether.” (Mathew Syed 'Black Box Thinking')
