So let me get this straight. On a blog post where DCP is denying that he tried "create difficulties" for an MDB poster at said poster's university...think with me here...wait for it...Pahoran is lobbing s***balls at an MDB poster and outright naming the person's university.

But that' doesn't make either DCP or Pahoran look suspicious at all.

Okay...now.

No more suspicious than when Pahoran threatened to reveal embarrassing information about DarthJ.

With regard to the naming of DJ on this board, I have to give Pahoran a pass on that because his first name was already on the board. I know because I put it here a long time ago and with DJ's prior consent. I don't recall the details of the embarrassing information part...I think it had something to do with life/work circumstances and I don't know how he got hold of that.

In any case, he would do well to hide his crazy because this "dog with a bone" knows it when she sees it.

Hmmm. I am reminded of Seneca's letter to the Senate explaining Nero's matricide:

In other words, the explanation was so absurd, it may as well have been a confession.

(Perhaps I was attempting to have him fired. Who knows? I surely don’t.)

Where is Peterson getting these hazy details from?

If this is the first that Peterson has heard of this accusation, then why is he making up details that are not raised in Doctor Scratch's post?

Here is the extent of Doctor Scratch's accusation:

[DCP] tried to retaliate by contacting Mr. Stak's college and trying to get him in trouble.

If he was unfamiliar with the accusation before Scratch made it, where on earth is the rest of this stuff coming from? (Illinois, philosophy, student vs. faculty, loss of job, etc.)

I hadn't seen any reference to these details here. So where did Peterson get them?

Yeah. That is the important part. The part to be concerned about. Not the poster's name. The fact that someone was digging up dirt on a poster and using this information in an attempt to intimidate that poster. I don't think the first name was ever the actual problem.

In other words, pick a spot and land on it.

It is not beyond some to post to information about others. Daniel and Louis Midgley have posted in real life information, on MADB, about posters on this board. And lets not forget "Wangchung Gate". And someone outed Bcspace.

So it may be true that Daniel Peterson did not make the contact with a persons employer (if any contact was made). If contact was made, I would not be surprised if it was done by someone close to Peterson.

for what it's worth, I think Stak has been wise not to respond to any of this. There's no upside for him in getting involved.
