The small things that - in my opinion - mean a lot! (A personal story)

Like many of you, I was unable to log on to the MDB. I sent Shades an email to let him know.

From what I can tell (I am sure there is/was more behind the scenes) here are a few things that went down:

- Shades spends his personal time to resolve the issues
- Shades drives to Mav's house
- Shades (with the very generous and thoughtful help from Liz) provides a temporary location for all MDB members.
- Shades posts updates to keep everybody in the loop
- Shades apologizes to all for the inconvenience (Yes, you read that one right! Shades apologizes to all of us!)


Well, in addition to all of the time and effort that Shades extended for this entire community, he also found the time to send me - a single personal member - 2 individual emails.

The first one was to let me know that he was aware of the problem and that I was one of many who were experiencing said problem. The second personal email that he sent me was to let me know that the MDB was fixed and wanted to make certain that I could once again log on.

Above and beyond? You bet!

Ceeboo, thanx for posting this. My experience through this problem was extremely similar. I also received several personal emails from Shades. He has gone far and beyond the call of duty. He runs a pretty damn good trailer park and I am thankful.
