PROVO — Corbin Kaufusi, starting center on this year’s BYU basketball team, looked up at the new $4 million scoreboard hanging from the ceiling of the Marriott Center with its giant 24-foot-wide, 18-foot-high video screens and said, “I hope they don’t fall on us.”
That's just what Christ would have spent $4 million of Church funds on, right?

To be fair, that's the cost of having an athletic department. University athletics brings in money for schools. BYU is just trying to keep up with the big boys. Investing in facilities might sell a few more season tickets and helps attract recruits.

he doesn't but BYU apparently does........so what? basketball is fun..
Oh, good. BYU is no longer the Lord's university. Good to know. Because when I was attending BYU (way too many years did I matriculate there), we were told that we were fortunate to attend the Lord's university and needed to act like it, and that was the justification for the suffocating honor code.

Provo Homeless Shelters & Services For The Needy
Welcome to our Provo, Utah Homeless Shelters and Services for the needy page. Below are all of the homeless shelters and services for the needy that provide help to those in need for Provo, UT and surrounding cities.
We also provide other homeless resources such as transitional resources for the homeless. Homeless clinic and treatment center resources are also provided on the right navigational bar.
Many shelters also provide services such as alcohol and drug rehab treatment along with clinics. I try to provide as much information as possible on my details pages.
So I guess Jesus likes basketball way more than he likes the homeless.
