Why is that a problem?

I mean it's not like President Monson is getting paid to stuff his face in a hat, looking at a rock, pretending to find buried Brighamite treasure for other people, right?

You are correct, but I am hoping for Bill's position.

No you are not. You're not interested in dialogue, you simply are looking for something to use against Bill.

are you talking about the same Jeremiah who prophesied, "I see a seething pot; and the face thereof is toward the north. Then the LORD said unto me, Out of the north an evil shall break forth upon all the inhabitants of the land. For, lo, I will call all the families of the kingdoms of the north, saith the LORD; and they shall come, and they shall set every one his throne at the entering of the gates of Jerusalem" ?

are you talking about the same St. Peter who "fell into a trance, And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat." ?

Yes, indeed. However, I don't think Bill even knows who these two dudes might be, so he couldn't even swing at a softball. You are a swift one, to be sure.

Or do you have a counter-example of a revelation President Monson has ever claimed?

no I can't give you juke-box fortunes as examples. I have previously asked Bill if he can even tell me what prophecies Jeremiah or St. Peter ever gave -- nothing.

So they're all false prophets.

Is there any chance that you would make "The Unreal World of Handshakes and Swords" available?

I am not planning on releasing his paper. That is his intellectual property though legally he sent it to me with no conditions and so I likely could I feel it more upright not to do so.

I do have all his emails which convey that my side of the story painted the situation charitably and I would only consider releasing those if Brian or Fairmormon try to discredit me

In terms of your other questions on evil spirits..... Mormonism is messy and everything is up for grabs and discussion. Too many questions too little time to address them all. Pick one.

my charitable organization expresses itself in many forms. Yes Podcasts, firesides, conversations by phone and email to those struggling, etc....

I have appeared at firesides, youth conferences and other meetings outside of the official church as well. All at the invitation of members and leaders of those areas and never with me first making an offer.

I try to help members nuance their faith so as to withstand problematic issues when they learn of them. The Mormonism I believe and share is backed up by quotes from prophets seers and revelators

The grace I share is similar to that of Brad Wilcox, Robert Millet, and Adam Miller, and President Uchtdorf

Correct the Lds Church provides the ordinances which are necessary but also which all will receive. So all go through the gate of the Church but people need not see Mormonism as the (only, best, more effective) route to salvation.

Any comment upon your prior claim that you have the endorsement of general authorities and stake presidents?

What does it mean to "nuance their faith?" This is jargon you use all the time, but what does that mean? Still have faith that President Monson is a prophet but dispute that he has ever received a revelation? Is that a "nuance"?

You realize, don't you, that I've cited Wilcox and Millet to you where they say things contrary to your perception of them, and you've never responded. I guess that is for another day.

I look forward to discussing more of what you believe here rather than having you run to the moderators to shut me up.

These are the types of problems you encounter when your faith isn't nuanced.
