Well, according to WD and MG (?) it's when it's not 'hot' any more that's good to go. Seriously. That's what I'm getting from this exchange.
Either that, or they both take a giant crap all over the CHI. If that's that the case then the WoW is open to interpretation and prior prophets and apostles, to include Joseph (or Hyrum) Smith can be ignored.
