Okay, I think I figured it out. Here's a picture of Chris Osmond (Donny's son) from about 8 years ago. I think he looks quite a bit like Justin Bieber.

I don't think that is picture of Tom Osmond. ^^^^ Here's one of both Tom and Virl Osmond.

I knew them both (as well as the rest of them) more years ago than I care to admit. My first feeling was that it was Tom, but he was older in that photo than when I knew them and that is an old photo (showing my age). That's why I'm not sure. Tom was always a bit heavier than Virl.
