From what I have read so far of your posts here and at MDDB, you form opinions based on nothing other than one side.

Seriously.

Just take a deep breath and try to respectfully engage over here.

You will find it works wonders.

Honestly.

Can you give me an example of your assertion that over there I only form opinions based on one side?

Thank you. If I ever have the desire to read it, I know where to go.

Fantastic. After you've educated yourself, get back to me and tell me if you agree BYU's honor code was specifically designed to expressly discourage rape victims from coming forward and blackening BYU's public image with exaggerated allegations of campus rape.

Ummmm, the LDS Church is the Brighamites.

Just saying.

Some would agree. Some would not.

I am very educated. I simply have not read the BYU Honor Code and have no real desire to read it. Never went there, have no intention of going there. Someday, they will play Texas when Texas is having a good season.

Which one would that be?

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?

Or the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints?

This is important because these different factions all claim the others are apostates. Kind of like when those two competing popes excommunicated each other during the Great Schism.

It's interesting, TEA, that UT uses the argument of ignorance to avoid engaging. That way he can always argue that he only knows one side of the argument. Of course after a while, it's hard to insist one is educated if one always pleads ignorance.

I have no problem having a discussion. You are aware where I am a member. Games are not of interest to me.

Maybe you should, because a big chunk of your tithing helps to underwrite this particular institution. (Assuming you're a tithe payer.)

I read the article. I have no desire to read an honor code. That is not an avoidance of anything other than reading an honor code. If your agenda needs to make more out of that, so be it.
