I'm not assuming anything. I'm not sure how sex is a human right when it involves another humans consent. Are you suggesting sex is deemed a basic human need that requires we allow every human born to have access to it?

I do see the difference. A drunk woman that consents to sex is responsible for her decision, alcohol doesn't excuse her consent. In court there is no "clearly consenting", it's a simple yes or no.

How about this DT, try to imagine being a woman for five seconds .

I would be a lesbian. I have never drank a beer. I doubt I would get drunk irresponsibly.

I agree, but giving consent is not rape. If the woman forgets because of alcohol that is not your problem.

The "clearly consenting" is for you. If you want to be accused of rape, continue to get girls drunk to the point of blackout and then let the courts decide. I'm suggesting it's better to not get to that point so you don't have to worry about defending yourself. Maybe you have a drunk girl passed out fetish. IDK.

A little surprised to see this thread make it to two pages when the answer to the OP is, "Don't rape."

OP asks, "But what about..."

Don't rape.

"But it's not..."

Don't rape.

OP

Don't rape.

The end.

If I ever decide to have sex with a drunk woman I will make sure to
1. Get her consent first
2. have evidence that she gave me her consent, perhaps I would record her with my cellphone when she is telling me "yes", to protect myself just in case.
3. I wouldn't give her alcohol. She will get it herself.

Is there anything morally wrong with 1,2 and 3? However, it is highly unlikely because I don't drink alcohol, I don't go to bars, and I already have a girlfriend.

God almighty.

Just stop, OK? It would take too long to explain why.

Why exactly are you clinging to these exchanges. Is there supposed to be a point somewhere here?

Might you consider making it?
