Meridian reprinted an article from National Geographic. I guess the Lord didn't reveal much to Joseph Smith about dinosaurs, so their relevance is questionable. But I do love the comments.

How do we discuss the fossils before the fall?

A remarkable find, but 110 million years old? I don't think so, when the Word of God in Genesis states that the earth is only about 6000 years old. So who will you believe, man or God? What I would expect from an atheistic publication like National Geographic. Nonetheless, a remarkably well preserved specimen of a creature that died in Noah's great Flood and became extinct, albeit only about 4000 years ago.

I truly hope this is ironic, if so, it qualifies for the Internet Poe Post of the Year. If not, I weep for their youth.

You do know that the wall murals painted in various Temples clearly showed Dinosaurs in the same painting as other animals. At least three different types are on the wall murals in both Salt Lake and Manti. Used to be in Logan and St. George before they were made into HolidayInn Temple Express locations.
