I can't always remember why I have things but I seem to have a copy of Patriarchs and Politics, inscribed by author Marilyn Warenski to LDS author Maureen Ursenbach Beecher. A window onto the IWY conference, the ERA, the dawning of the modern LDS political framework and position in the culture wars. I have to wonder whatever happened to Sonia Johnson. I know it's been a long strange trip for her.
