Reverence and social media

It has been over 30 years since I have attended sacrament...In looking at the above video, does anyone pay attention to what is going on in sacrament at all?

To those that still attend, is sacrament like sitting in the airport in regards to social media devices?

Also for those that have given a talk recently, what do you see in regards to the devices...I know back when I went one could fake listen with a hollow stare on a boring talk, but today...is anyone looking at you when you talk?

What are the rules on social media/devices in the chapel and classroom?

Thanks
