Was it just me, or did President Eyring actually say
R. Todd Christofferson during the sustaining session of General Conference?

Maybe this is why President Eyring later gave the message that God picks the leaders, and God never gets anything wrong.

If he was reading off of a teleprompter, maybe his eye sight isn't as good and the D looked like an R to him.

Since we know that people only leave the church over stupid stuff, like Joseph Smith misspelling a guys name, we should expect a bunch of resignations over this error.

It is proposed that we sustain Russell Marion Nelson as President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles and the following as members of that Quorum: Russell M. Nelson, Dallin H. Oaks, M. Russell Ballard, Robert D. Hales, Jeffrey R. Holland, David A. Bednar, Quentin L. Cook, D. Todd Christofferson, Neil L. Andersen, Ronald A. Rasband, Gary E. Stevenson, and Dale G. Renlund.
