I purposefully left this thread once you started doing the pejorative thingy. I'm sure that you've been having fun without me.

You do remember...long ago and far away...I had a question. You asked me to start a new thread and ask the question. This I did. I appreciated your answer. And that was it. Why do you want to bring me back in and tie a rope around my neck?

Regards,
MG

Um, because of you starting the thread asking Shulem a question and his destroying your simpleton testimony with real and actual evidence. We want you to see the rope is around the neck of your testimony because faith cannot overcome evidence. It never has been able to. Shulem and this thread, among many, have demonstrated this to my personal entire satisfaction.

I humbly apologize that I had a momentary lapse into reason or possibly logic.

I'll try to refrain from thinking in public.

Joseph Smith claimed his translation of Facsimile No. 2 was given as far as he had any right to give and associated it to things pertaining to the holy temple:

Joseph Smith wrote:Fig. 8. Contains writings that cannot be revealed unto the world; but is to be had in the Holy Temple of God.
Fig. 9. Ought not to be revealed at the present time.

Yet, apologist Jeff Lindsay says this on his webiste,

"But the Facsimiles are not said to be sacred or divinely inspired"

Oh snap!

What have you to say about that, mentalgymnast, [personal attack deleted]?

***ATTENTION***

I HAVE JUST MADE A MAJOR DISCOVERY AND HAVE COME TO A REALIZATION IN WHICH CORRECTS A MAJOR MISNOMER ABOUT THE PRODUCTION OF THE FACSIMILES!

I'M SITTING HERE TOTALLY SHOCKED AND NOW THIS REQUIRES A WHOLE NEW APPROACH! THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN MY DISCOVERY OF THE JACKAL SNOUT ARE GOING TO SEE THINGS IN A NEW LIGHT.

HELP!

I WILL ANNOUNCE MY PERSONAL DISCOVERY SHORTLY!

You have said this on three threads now. Are you going to start a new thread? I am just on the edge of my seat and I'm being serious about that.

Very exciting.
