I think trying to make my ego the center of the argument may be intended as a distraction from the real issues . . .
Its sad commentary about what goes on over there when you are being attacked based on what they assume is your motives for mentioning that you have been told someone's name. And then they turn around and completely act as if no one can question the motives of others who actually did leak names, and actually did angrily attack another.
Somehow, Smac, thinks its so terrible of you to mention this (when the story was already told and out there) unnamed person exists, but the Church, and their paid for attorneys are pure in their motives, even if mistakes were made when the name was divulged and the character assassination campaign against McKenna was in full force.

Agreed. Although I respect some there, the amount of loyalty to the church above all else is toxic. And thus it was always so.

I don't get through all his posts...and quotes..and answers...I have to guess sometimes as to what he is asking me about really when I reply...I don't have the patience for his slam dunk and blunt answers that go on...and on...and on...still don't know what the really thinks..I am afraid to know..

I love it. I just responded to his latest to me. I told him I'm astounded that he and another have suggested maybe God did call Joseph to be MTC Pres, pressing with the notion of how far they'd go in their defenses. he turns around and says he's astounded I'm taking Bishop's interview with McKenna as good evidence that he likely had mistreated women. Then he says I'm rushing to judgment and he's withholding judgment after having spent a number of posts trying to paint Consiglieri badly with his motive questioning.
He's adorable. I don't care how badly he may be perceived.
