A New Game We Can Play - "Gospel Haiku!!!

Post by _Philo Sofee »

I got this idea from Times & Seasons here
https://timesandseasons.org/index.php/2 ... pel-haiku/

We can do a reasoned Haiku or something like that. Might be interesting to see who comes up with the best haikus...

Little factory.
How I long to play with you.
Confess to bishop.

Oh, you small children,
Will you see the bishop now?
Hoping no trauma.

Hi moksha,

In a haiku, the first line has five syllables (no more and no less),
the second line has seven syllables (no more and no less),
and the third line has five syllables (no more and no less).

Let's examine what you did:

Follow the Brethren, living and dead, 9, should be 5
Obey, Submit, Comply 6, should be 7
Stand true to your Ziggurat! 7, should be 5

Please repair.

You know, as soon as I saw your post right after my own I suspected that was coming.

May I suggest this modification?:

Follow the Brethren
(Living ones trump dead, of course)
Pray, Pay and Obey.
