Others may have already come across much of this information, but my mind was blown at several points.

For instance, did you know that the phrase, "The Book of Mormon is ... the keystone of our religion..." conveyed a deeply Masonic meaning?

I think Masonry and the Book of Abraham are sufficient evidence that Joseph lied about receiving revelation. Unless Joe's definition of revelation was "making sh1t up."


If he had received revelation, the would have been able to actually translate Egyptian. Or actually restore an authentic ancient Jewish ritual. Something miraculous that couldn't have been accomplished without revelation.


Instead we just get a blatant near verbatim plagiarism of the modern masonic rites, and a mistranslation of the papyrus that is complete nonsense. The exact opposite of miraculous.
