A doctor talks about the keys to a happy and healthy life

1. Meditation. Improves mental and physical health.
2. A great diet.
3. Regular exercise
4. High quality sleep
5. Socializing
6. Having a purpose in life

Religious people tend to meditate during prayer, socialize, and have a purpose in life. However, you don't need religion to be happy and there's no evidence that religious people are happier than humanist atheists.

Happiness is a fuzzy term in any case. I don’t think there are many absolutes when it comes to happiness. Maybe you are happier eating green jello and painting your forehead with extra virgin olive oil as a Pastafarian. More power to you.

I didn’t know that science teaches that pasta freezes instantly in the cold vacuum of the cosmos. There’s just no way He could noodle about like the pictures show.

One day, you'll be touched by his noodley appendage, and you'll regret this post.
