Exmo Youtuber pushing back against Midnight Mormons and other channels

Post by LatterDaySkeptic »

Hi all!

New to this page. I recently read a book called "Blunder: Why Smart People Make Bad Decisions" by Zachary Shore. As I read it, I couldn't help but think about the church each and every chapter. I decided to make a video about it on my youtube channel! Check it out and let me know what you think!

P.S. I am a new YouTuber, getting involved after seeing a surge of Pro-Mormon channels misrepresenting exmos and church history.

I’m aware of midnight Mormons, are there other similar channels hopping on the bandwagon?

Saints Unscripted is another one and actually my brother has a pro-Mormon channel called ThoughtfulFaith. I have a great relationship with my brother but I got tired of his proselytizing on YouTube so thought I'd join the frey. Those are the main ones that have some traction that I've seen.

I watched your video and you did a good job with it. Faulty reasoning certainly needs to be exposed and limited if not totally eliminated.
Myth is misused by the powerful to subjugate the masses all too often.
