The "thought police" at BYU-Idaho must be very busy... Sadly, it sounds like the ECO, another kind of big brother, is going to be a reality for all the employees of CES, including that bastion of liberal Mormon thought, namely BYU in Provo.
A church that requires its confirmed adult members to purchase their underwear from the church has too much power over the members' lives. Similarly, a parochial employer that requires its employees to support its positions on morality has too much power over the employees lives. And, to make sure that the employees don't step out of doctrinal line, the ECO is now a thing. It's legal, I'm aware, but IMHO it's not ethical.
CES employees of the world, unite!
