It’s so disturbing how the church is handling the crisis of confidence in their leadership.

Rather than change policies to protect children, they claim they’re already the best at protecting children.

Rather than admit they are ever wrong, they claim they’re now speaking as if they are Jesus Christ himself.

Rather than admit members are leaving in droves, they say the church is growing faster than ever.

It’s become an Orwellian farce at this point.

sorry, I am lost. when did this person tell whom to substitute church for Jesus. How does that connect with the old quote about Black people and the church.

Isnt the general idea what the church has always proposed?
