I am noted for saying steadily, repeatedly that one problematic area The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints have with the Bible is they don't like it as it is, so they Mormonize it in order to bring IT more in line with THEIR views, based on Joseph Smith's own theology. I have found a fundamentally beautiful example of this and point it out along with its problems.
