Me missing a point is normal.

Remember there is a word called forgiveness where one acknowledges the wrong to a proper person (not necessarily Mormon) and turns their life around and does good. God help those who don’t forgive.

What does that have to do with the point under discussion? Missing a point is normal, yes, but persisting like this is something else. What request, if any, for "forgiveness" are you referring to?
