Fusion and Fision: Saving Joseph Smith

When it comes to the "interpreters", "seer stones" and the "Urim and Thummim", Mopes now fuse them together as one--the rock that Joseph Smith put into a hat to then 'read' the Book of Mormon in English. The First Vision was an evolving fusion of ideas by Smith himself, enhancing the fantastical nature of his claimed theophany with each new version.
Then there is the fission. The Hill Cumorah, for example. Mopes have split what Smith called the Hill Cumorah in two. Another example of their fission began with, if I recall correctly, Dr. Willard Richards who is known to have said about Smith's missteps that such were when he was merely speaking as a man, not a prophet.
Isn't it marvelous? Isn't it a wonder?

There was a report on ex-Mormon reddit yesterday that the apostles are incredibly worried about TikTok.
In 15-20 seconds, you can easily and humorously point out just how ridiculous the Mormon mental gymnastics are. And reach thousands of young LDS people.
The exodus has only just begun.

I have never used TikTok. Recently, however, I have learned just how much influence the short videos on it hold sway over those that have the app and watch videos on it. I was surprised at how influential and impactful it is.

I have never used TikTok. Recently, however, I have learned just how much influence the short videos on it hold sway over those that have the app and watch videos on it. I was surprised at how influential and impactful it is.
Something like half of Americans use it. It’s essentially digital crack, and I think people should avoid it at all costs. Regardless of the good intentions of exMormon creators.

What's even more ridiculous, is that the Mopes with their fission of the Hill Cumorah, claim the prophet Moroni traveled, after the final Nephite battle from the yet undiscovered Hill Cumorah in Mesolandia, some 30 years while carrying the heavy gold plates and the Urim and Thummim (which includes a breastplate) until finally burying both - 30 years later mind you - in the Hill Cumorah in New York.
Apparently, no hill or mountain in the Sierra Madres of Mexico nor the Rocky Mountains were good enough locations to bury said sacred implements, but a small drumlin that ended up being outside one-mile away from the future home of the boy Prophet, Joseph Smith.
Then to add insult to the Prophet Moroni, who carried those burdens for some 30 years while traveling alone and hunting for his daily meat and sustenance, the Prophet Joseph Smith didn't need either the plates nor the Urim and Thummim, but merely a peep stone in a hat, to translate, nay, dictate words off of said peep stone, into The Book of Mormon.
That's how dopey the Mopes have become. They latch onto one theory that came from a RLDS book published in 1924:

If Moroni had not carried the plates to New York state, then the prophet of the restoration would have had to be born wherever the plates were buried.
If that had been in
Mesolandia, then said prophet would likely not have been white and delightsome - a distinct disadvantage if the restored gospel were to spread in the exceptional US.
