Is Kwaku okay?
2 Days ago Kwaku agreed to appear on Christian apologist, Sam Shamoun's live YouTube podcast to discuss Mormon doctrine. During this live broadcast, there were approximately 20k viewers that tuned in to watch.
Kwaku, for whatever reason, decided that during the debate the best course of action was to just walk away and not return. Very strange.
I'm sure the thousands of people that tuned in to watch the debate only to see Kwaku leave, were not impressed with Mormon apologetics or Mormon doctrine.
At the 3:15 Mark, Kwaku leaves and doesn't return:

“He’s too young, he’s not ready.”
Unfortunately I don’t think Kwaku will be ready for anything when he’s older, either. He’s going to be a man child just like Cardon.

Kwaku!!! Don’t leave! Stick it out. Vacating is one of the worst things you could do in a debate. As long as you keep up a good front, your supporters will think you are doing a good job. Leave, and everyone will know you couldn’t handle it.
Stay strong, Kwaku!

It looks like this debate is from a couple/few years ago:

The linked video was a snippet from that debate.
I haven’t listened so…no comment.

LOL! I should have scrutinized Everybody Wang Chung's post more closely. Yes, Kwaku's exit from this debate in particular is old news. I suppose he learned his lesson.

On the one hand, I agree with Montaigne (and I'm paraphrasing here): I don't care whether or not I win an argument just so long as the truth wins.
On the other hand, we have the example of the story of Jesus's temptation in the wilderness where the Devil, like a good theologian, quotes scripture; all the while insisting that Jesus must interpret scripture by the Devil's logic. It appears to have been a bad-faith endeavor for which further conversation would have been pointless. It's futile to jibber-jabber with people who insist on mischaracterizing your point of view.

Where it was a while ago that Kwaku walked out of that debate, does anyone know if Kwaku has ever offered an explanation why he walked out at that point in the debate?

This debate seemed rather distasteful. I can see why Kwaku did not want to continue.

Not a bad move, isn't that the Trump right-wing play now? Refuse to debate, walk out of a debate etc.
