Vogel on Backyard Professor's show Sunday

Post by dan vogel »

I will be live with Kerry Shirts (a.k.a. The Backyard Professor) Sunday night, 11 June, at 6:00 p.m., Mountain Time. We will be discussing my new biography of Joseph Smith, subtitled “Charisma under Pressure, 1831-1839, focusing on the introduction. Hope to see you there.

Thanks to all who came to the show. As usual Dan enlightened and entertained us! It is always a good show when Dan is on. Fabulous information on his new book. If you don't get the book, you are cheating yourself.

I thought you already wrote a biography on Joseph Smith. If so, how does this one differ from the last one?

The first book covered Joseph Smith's life through 1831. This book goes from 1831 to 1837. Hopefully, Dan will write a third volume that covers 1838 to 1844.
