L. Tom Perry's Briefcase Revisited

In the past week, Donald Trump set and now has canceled his big news conference set for Monday, when he had promised to deliver “irrefutable” evidence of 2020 presidential election fraud in a “CONCLUSIVE” report that would lead to “a complete EXONERATION.” Trump and his allies have failed to produce any such evidence in the nearly three years since the 2020 election despite constantly claiming to have it. Now Trump claims the evidence will be presented in legal filings instead.

For some reason, this resonates much like the L. Tom Perry claims years ago of having all the answers for LDS doubters in his brief case, while on the Swedish Rescue mission.

For some reason, I suspect neither set of information/documents will ever be seen.

Mass communication and transportation was created to facilitate the exponential growth of the Mormon church.

This talk didn’t age so well either.

Here is an idea from the Mormon curtain.
L Tom Perry had a manuscript in his briefcase he brought to Sweden. This manuscript had the answers to troubling questions about Mormonism. We know this is true, because why would anyone lie about that?

Nevertheless, a few people are doubting that L. Tom Perry had a manuscript that had the answers to troubling questions about Mormonism. So how can the Church respond to these naysayers?

I propose that the Lord select three men who stand to materially benefit from the existence of the manuscript. These men can then sign a statement someone else wrote for them, which will say that an angel showed them the manuscript, and the voice of God declared that the manuscript does in fact contain the answers to troubling questions about Mormonism.

The Lord will also select eight friends and relatives of L. Tom Perry. L. Tom Perry will take them to a private location and show them the manuscript. The manuscript will be written in a language that these eight friends and relatives cannot read. They will then sign a statement, written for them by someone else, attesting that they have been shown the manuscript that contains the answers to troubling questions about Mormonism.

At that point, an angel will take the manuscript back to heaven so that nobody else will ever see it.

I see no reason why this procedure should not convince any reasonable person that the answers to troubling questions about Mormonism really exist, and that said answers really were in the manuscript that L. Tom Perry had.

Trump uses words like 'evidence' the same way Smith used words like 'translate'.

Absolutely, beautifully B-R-I-L-L-I-A-N-T!
