BYU Is Now The Taliban Of The West

In a move that even makes the Taliban envious, the BYU Honor Code now includes a prohibition against same-sex hand holding. I'm just amazed that God had time to make these changes to the Honor Code. Suing Cody Wyoming, hoarding money, instructing church leaders to hide assets and ruling over trillions of galaxies doesn't leave him much free time.

While the will of the prophets, seers, and revelators might not align with God, it makes BYU very peculiar.

BYU is funded, in part, by tithing donations. So if you’re paying tithing you are complicit in this discrimination. You may say you disagree with it, but your money says you agree.

This is really sad news, but I think it was inevitable. I really can’t imagine BYU being a healthy place for gay LDS kids. They would be much better off at non-CES schools.

It’s really sad. 100 years ago, two eighteen year-old boys at Oxford UK could walk arm in arm and no one would think anything of it. I wonder if 20 percent of BYU males from 2010 to 2020 were buried in the Middle East what the standards would be.

Elder Holland made such a big deal that it was about chastity. And only chastity.
So this must mean that teenage Mormon heterosexual couples won’t be holding hands before marriage now, right? Right Holland, Oaks, Nelson, and the rest of you lying pieces of garbage who say you speak for Christ?
