Fortunately we (and more importantly the court) have the recorded video of the 25th and 30th meeting. Which refutes Jenn's claims regardless of anyone's bias.

You can watch the evolution of Jenn's story in the 30th meeting. It starts with how upset she was about coming in on her WFH day, and morphs into John being abusive on the 25th meeting. Which turns out to be a complete lie.

Your honor I'd like to also move to admit as respondents exhibit number 12 the video of the August 25th meeting it's also a lengthy video but I do think it's important for the court to see the the interaction between Mr Dehlin and Ms Kamp.

There is then a lengthy back-and-forth about what video exactly they're even talking about. Defense counsel FINALLY admits at 1:37.42 that she never actually attached the video of the Aug 25th meeting during discovery, meaning Jenn's lawyers never had a chance to review!!!

So there we have it. No proof that the Aug 25th video even exists. Clint lying under oath.

How about Carrie?

I don't see any evidence of flat-out lying, like Clint. She is, though as intentionally obtuse as Clint is in his testimony.

"Oh last I had heard [from Jenn] she loved her job." That's an intentional mischaracterization of Jenn's mindset when she got off the Aug 30 call. Clear witness coaching here. Clint and Carrie are putting forth a very convincing, albeit staged and selectively-edited narrative for the court.

Carrie at least didn't directly lie by claiming Jenn didn't bring up any other concerns than the WFH issue in their Aug 30 meeting. But she does mischaracterize the nature of the Aug 30 meeting.

18:00 of the Aug 30 meeting - Jenn clearly describes feeling "threatened" in her job security by John in his text message calling her into work.

So, yeah. Carrie is either lying or being intentionally obtuse. Either way, unreliable witness.

What horrible work by Jenn's attorneys. Just abysmal.

So why was John in the Aug 30 meeting?

Another strike against Clint and Carrie's judgement.
