I see it is back up but many of the articles where he doxxes or harasses people do appear to be missing. Perhaps he was forced to do some damage control to have the blog put back up.
If past behaviors are a good predictor of future behaviors, then I'm sure he will slip up again.

Oops, I edited the comment so it makes sense. Some of the doxxing and harassing posts ARE missing.
