So, I went to Cinemark.com to buy my tickets, but Six Days In August is not listed as a movie that's playing in October either: https://www.cinemark.com/movies/coming-soon
Does anyone know what theater(s) will be playing Six Days In August ?

That makes sense, but We Live In Time is listed on both the Cinemark and Megaplex websites as a movie that's playing at their theaters in October: https://www.megaplextheatres.com/movies ... -date-desc
It would be a lot of work, and probably not worth it. I would guess Six Days will have an extremely limited release, similar to countless other "arthouse" films that we never hear about unless we already know to look for them.Everybody Wang Chung wrote: ↑Wed Sep 04, 2024 10:03 pmThat makes sense, but We Live In Time is listed on both the Cinemark and Megaplex websites as a movie that's playing at their theaters in October: https://www.megaplextheatres.com/movies ... -date-desc
Maybe Six Days will be listed on their websites soon.
Thanks for the link to the new trailer, Tom. It looks like they are really playing up the "homosocial" angle in those early clips, what with Brigham and Joseph embracing, and gettin' down to doin' stuff with wood! Nothing creates intimate male-to-male bonds like taking an axe to some hard, hard wood.Tom wrote: ↑Wed Sep 04, 2024 10:00 pmI've heard idle rumors that the film will play at the Parowan Drive-In and Relief Society Bazaar and Swap Meet Grounds, but I cannot confirm.
AMC has a page on the film.
By the way, a new trailer has been released.
Life is good.

Interesting. Box Office Mojo reports that the film opened in 90 theaters.drumdude wrote: ↑Wed Sep 04, 2024 10:10 pmhttps://www.ksl.com/article/50177479/ne ... ch-leadersThe upcoming film "Witnesses" opens June 4 on more than 350 screens nationwide
I wonder if DCP will release information about the number of screens for this movie. It may be too embarrassingly low to mention.
