BYU’s Neal A. Maxwell Institute for Religious Scholarship is pleased to announce the launch of a seven-volume book series, Themes in the Doctrine and Covenants. This multi-authored series, a first in Doctrine and Covenants scholarship, distills the significance of Joseph Smith’s revelations for readers seeking a life of faith in the modern world. Each concise volume traces a different theme across the Doctrine and Covenants, touching on the beloved and the lesser-known revelations and combining scholarly insight with practical application.
The Maxwell Institute focusing on quality rather than a shotgun “quantity” approach.

I was never a fan of the Doctrine and Covenants, but I would be interested in seeing a juxtaposition with the Book of Commandments. Regardless of my personal opinion, this type of scholarship stands in stark contrast to the subpar, destructive criticisms that were prevalent in the pre-2012 FARMS era.

Thanks. I turned off my lap top and then took my grand daughter to see Moana 2. When I turned it back on, it worked. But thanks again.
Have you gone through the different "lessons" yet? Does one touch on section 132?
Remember, only faith promoting fluff is ever allowed to the Saints of the Most High. They must remain clean in preparation for the return of the Lord....... the Lord must have a worthy people to come back to, not an educated folk........
