Has the Mormon Church laid the groundwork for the 2d Coming?

1. "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come” (Matthew 24:14).
I understand that there are Mormon missionaries in about 150 countries. According to the U.N., there are 195 countries in the world. Mormons have a ways to go: 45 more countries to be precise. And then, within a country, how much saturation does their have to be for it to have been preached unto that nation?
2. “Behold, I will hasten my work in its time” (Doctrine and Covenants 88:73).
So some of the big 15 are telling congregations that 2025 is the Lord's time. I thought no man was to know when it would happen.
3. “We believe all that God has revealed, all that He does now reveal, and we believe that He will yet reveal many great and important things pertaining to the Kingdom of God” (Articles of Faith 1:9).
When was the last "great and important thing[] pertaining to the Kingdom of God" revealed?
4. “But verily I say unto you, I have decreed that your brethren which have been scattered shall return to the lands of their inheritances, and shall build up the waste places of Zion” (Doctrine and Covenants 103:11).
Is Zion actually Jackson County, MO, the Mormon Belt along I-15, from Idaho south to Arizona? Or somewhere else? Maybe The Donald's dream of turning the Gaza Strip into a beach front resort area is part and parcel to building up the waste places of Zion, especially since Israel just laid waste to the Gaza Strip over the last 16 months.
Elder Neil L. Andersen has said:
“[The] Lord promised that there would be a covenant people, a people eagerly awaiting His return, a people who stand in holy settings and are not moved out of their place. He spoke of a righteous people resisting the deceptions of the adversary, disciplining their faith, thinking celestial, and trusting completely in the Savior Jesus Christ.
“ … [Amid] the turmoil and temptations of the world, He has promised to strengthen and bless His covenant Saints, and His promises are being fulfilled!”
What is 'thinking celestial'? Is that a form of ponderizing?
