Interesting Ex-Mo Artist

Post by Kishkumen »

Don't know if you have run across Irene's Entropy. I happened upon her through Threads, where she was expressing anger over Congress's vote about the release of the Epstein files. At first, I thought I had come across one more of the many justifiably angry people who want justice for the young people who are victimized. The clip was composed of her message of anger and a short bit of her performing a song called "Speak" live. I really liked the song because of its Rage Against the Machine sound. Suddenly, I heard her speaking about being abused by a priesthood holder when she was seven, and then I realized she is an Ex-Mo. Her name is Heidi Keilback, and she has a company called Irene's Entropy which also is the name of her musical project. Personally, Speak is my favorite of her songs, and it really stands out from the others I have heard, some of which even have a kind of Country Western vibe. In any case, it is all pretty nicely done, and I recommend checking it out if you are into this kind of thing.

Found another Irene’s Entropy song that really resonated with me. This one is called “Gaslight,” and the video has a temple theme. I thought this one was also very well done. Style is different from Speak, but also more “rock” sounding than some of her other stuff.
