Folks, this is a masterclass on how Mormonism poisons everything.

On the Mormon Patheos channel, Ye Shall Prosper In The Land, the author sees the recent Amazon layoffs and raises the stakes, calling them definitive proof that Satan is now in control of Amazon. He pegs Amazon as a significant element of the "anti-Christ beast system," claiming these corporate cuts are not just job losses, but a clear sign that the Second Coming of Jesus Christ is imminent. Furthermore, the layoffs are apparently part of a wider Satanic plot to economically and spiritually "paint true disciples of Christ into a corner."

The author describes how he intentionally bypassed a traditional corporate career to safeguard his spiritual freedom from companies pushing secular ideas—like those that "celebrate Pride Month." He warns that the layoffs are a slick trap to restrict our independence and force us into a system of social credit scores designed to "micromanage our consciences."

This is fascinating -- potentially the third great maga contradiction of our day, that is, assuming this -- sheltered individual -- represents others like him. And I think it's reasonable he would.

But first, a note about layoffs. Amazon isn't laying off people because of AI. lol. He thinks Amazon is telling the truth? Amazon is laying off people because of our brilliant author. People like our author, born gap-toothed deep in the cornfields of Iowa, voted to make America great by tariffs. Tariffs are choking the economy, and so the big boys are trimming down. Amazon isn't going to admit it's because of tariffs as for one, they are scared of offending the 2/3ds White House. The best way to spin it is to say it's AI making them efficient, in order to draw investor attention. 2 birds one stone.

Now, what about that third great contradiction? The first great contradiction is the Epstein files. It was hard to understand how Q got that to the number 1 conspiracy slot when the proposed savior, who would take back the country, unveil the participants of the cabal and execute all of them publicly, was best friends with Epstein himself and the two openly went out womanizing together. How was this ever going to work? Were the people of Q not really serious about it? It turns out they were very serious, and the contradiction is coming to a head.

The second great contradiction is Israel. How is it that the religious right can both be totally pro-Israel while at the same time think Hitler was the best and wallow in anti-Semitic conspiracies and memes? It turns out the entire thing is now blowing up and dissenters are in the making with this as the number two issue.

We've had hints of a third great contradiction centering around the tech bro oligarchs. More than a few eyebrows have raised from among the faithful, wondering if Elon Musk really has the best interests of the everyday American worker in mind. Our author draws upon long-held Christian traditions about the anti-Christ being some great one-world government leader who brings about a one-world currency and then everyone gets a 666 or a bar-code imprinted on their hand and its full-on technological tyranny by an autocrat. Has our author looked at who is occupying the 2/3d's White House? Is it a woke Democrat? Well, the guy who is there is backed by a bunch of technology oligarchs who aim to bring about reign of the Beast exactly like Christianity always predicted, with crypto (tokenization of finance) as the "one world currency" and AI and Peter Theil the backbone of the surveillance state, answering directly to the guy who is actually occupying the 2/3ds White House right now who our author slavishly also worships.

It's so obvious, that Peter Theil got in front of the situation and called opposites day. He began to preach loud and emphatically that the Bible predicts the exact opposite of what Christians have always said the Bible predicts, that the anti-Christ will rise as a great power who fights the technology of the surveillance state. Are Christians dumb enough to just go along with it? Peter Theil is essentially saying, "The only way to combat the rise of the anti-Christ is for everyone to get a 666 on their forehead!" And these conservative Christians are scratching their meaty heads and thinking, "well, he does answer to our savior and king and so maybe he's right? Maybe we had it backwards this whole time?" But, this is a pretty heavy contradiction to process. As soon as our author does some research and discovers who occupies the 2/3ds White House right now, who is implementing this stuff full speed ahead, he's going to have some questions.

I’m old enough to remember when barcodes were the mark of the beast. I suppose every generation has its own version of the signs of the end. Movable type, steam engines, these new-fangled computing boxes. Scary stuff.

The news will probably prove disappointing to the prophets of doom, though. Instead of loading up all the ships of the sea to ready for war, the devil seems to be content with bringing us cheap stuff via two-day delivery.

As a Christian, one who is confident that the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ is likely going to happen within the next decade, I can’t help but view moves like Amazon’s layoffs like I’m watching a b o a [I’ve deliberately spaced out the letters to avoid an amusing autocorrection] constrictor, loosening and tightening upon its prey until the game is over.
I recall that this is the same blogger who’s (1) asserted that Cheetos are unworthy of Latter-day Saints; (2) argued that the entire premise of vaccines is a lie and that LDS church leaders lied to church members about COVID-19; and (3) contended that the United States faked the moon landings (thus vindicating Joseph Fielding Smith and the Red Hot Chili Peppers). At the same time, he’s proclaimed the following “fact”: “EVERYONE IS LYING TO YOU!” I keep that fact in mind when I read his posts.
